Install PHP 8.1+ with sodium, MySQL, Apache — see Installation
Open Seller Panel
Create application → copy Owner ID & app name
Point SDK to https://libreauth.nutexe.dev/api/1.3/
For C++: set Ed25519 public key from Response Signing
